If you could get a full keyboard setup then maybe. But I've never played the game, nor heard it being played, so I couldn't ell you. Either way if it was fully accessible I"m sure some blind gamer would have tried it long ago and we'd all be on there playing right now, *grin*. Its probably a misconception, like with runescape. People think they know when something's accessible but actually don't. For example, runescape is text-based, but its written in I believe java and flash, so none of the text reads with jaws, that and a lot of the game is mouse driven.
