Under Windows Vista when installing Jim's games you need to use the run as administrator option from the context menu. For example, arrow to the game.exe file, press the Windows context key on your keyboard, and arrow to run as administrator. It will ask you to authenticate, and then it will run the *.exe file and unpack it where it goes. FYI,if you get errors when Jim's games attempt to save and restore games you should copy the kitchensinc folder into your local directory and run winkit and the other games from there.
