Even though this is not something you would do at work, here is a web site game
that works fine with JAWS.

http://freerice.com/

The page lets you play a word game of guessing the meanings of various words.
For example:

food means:
angry
nourishment
trade
philosophy

To play the game you would choose one of the four possible links for the
definition under the first statement. If you get three choices right, then you
move up into the fifty various levels. The game is mind stimulating,
educational, and broadens your intellectual horizons.

You might then say, "Why should I play this game?" I'm glad you asked. Well,
for every answer you get right, the various corporate sponsors for Free Rice
web site will donate the funds necessary to buy ten grains of rice for the
United Nations to help feed the hungry. The sponsors are listed on banners at
the bottom of the web site, but these do not interfere with JAWS.

You might then ask, "How can ten grains of rice help?" Well, its amazing how
the correct answers pile up so quickly, for the web site is intuitive and will
move you up and down the levels until it reaches the one where you start to be
challenged. In one setting over the weekend, I got over twenty right answers,
so I sent more than 200 grains of rice. This may seems small, but if it helps
feed one small child, its well worth the effort.

So, if you get addicted to this site, and you then start spending more time on
the computer than before, you can always tell your significant other that your
helping to solve world hunger. And, by the way, if you missed my example
above, you really need to go to the Free Rice web site and practice your
vocabulary.
