Try going into patronous mode before going into the head master's office. Let me rephrase: 1. when you are near the headmaster's door, hit e. 2. now use the uhm spoiler space use the fizzing wizbee password. If you now go on the stairs your patronous should scare peeves away while you are going up the stairs. hth
