I see this too. One place where I get it most is when I clear the monster and grab the first sword on level 1 in the same jump. Or maybe I am supposed to land on the monster and die? I don't know what this is, but it definitely does happen.. I have noticed this in previous betas as well, but I didn't think to mention it.
