Hi Ari, yeah, we should thank our lucky stars we still have developers like BSC around to still answer our support questions, get back to us in a timely manner, and sad to say some of our accessible game companies aren't as diligent about doing so. However, as a developer myself I could site several reasons why some of these companies are losing interest in support, sales, etc. It is allot of time consuming work, you don't get much done outside of writing the games, and the pay isn't all that great. To top it off some of the customers can get really winy and pitch a fit. All good reasons why these two companies you mentioned may have just called it quits.
