Hi Ari, No, there is no way to start with level 18. Besides which you might not like the way the game is set up, but it is very very much like the original Duck Hunt for the original NES. I would personally disagree with anyone who wants the game to be different from the classic game. I am somewhat of a purest in this matter, and I would like to see the game be as close as possible to the classic one it is based on.
