Like I said, could you imagine the headlines? It's one thing to sue a rapper 
for using Pacman sounds in one of his songs since he's likely to have the 
money, but suing a blind game developer who is just one person is far more 
likely to attract unfavorable attention than suing some rich rapper dude. 
Most people would ignore the rapper, but not everybody would ignore suing a 
blind person. If Lucas Arts took Thomas Ward to court the papers would 
probably have a field day with the fact that they went after one blind 
individual because they were too greedy to make their own games accessible.
Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so.
