Hi Liam,
I actually got a chanse to demo Guitar Hero at Wal-Mart, and it seamed 
as though it might be pretty accessible. Once you get through the menus, 
select a song, etc it is pretty much up to you to press the right keys 
to reproduce the song. You get scored for how many correct chords and 
notes you get in the game. Seeing as it is pretty much sound based I 
think the menus and things like that are the only accessibility issues 
with it. Though I only played the demo at Wal-Mart they had setup in the 
game isle.
