Hi. You might want to contact Che who is the person responsible for generating keys. It's possible that he only reads gamers list messages when he gets to that folder if he has them organized like that. Then again, it's possible he reads personal email before list mail regardless of the organization. In any case, contacting him directly is usually the best approach.
