sorry for replying to my own message, but I worked it out. One of the nicest applications I've seen with Hal's Vf, the music and sound is also cool to.
I'm now going to buy the game I think, because it is cool, and I'll probably get the upgrade as well. It's interesting that the author also produces a fantasy game, if that uses a similar engine to smugler's 3 it might be just as good, and just as accessible.
