I have to ask when did you place the order? Please, please, tell me you did not place it today while our mail server was disabled as it could result in us not receiving your payment information right away. Our web site and mail servers are still partly down and only now are beginning to come on line and propigate world wide, and I see I forgot to disable the shopping cart while we were moving which could be a rather nasty problem indeed. However, if you placed an order like a week ago you should have recieved your product key long ago. We have a polacy to ship keys with in 24 to 48 hours after payment provided of course that our emails don't get caught up in someones spam filter or gets rejected for some reason by an ISP's blacklist, etc. Our previous web host had several blacklists against their servers, and ISP's were beginning to bounce all of our sales recetes which is one of the reasons we are moving this weekend.
