Well what you have to do, is to click on the top left hand side of the bank window. Now the easiest way to get to the top left is certainly if you're using window eyes is to hit numberpad 7 that will take you to the top. Now, if you have a bit of site, hold the left mouse button down and drag the banking window across to the left hand side. So just that the left hand side of the window just goes off the screen. Then start double clicking. It's far easier to do it that way. If you have no site at all then the only other option is to get someone who has good sight to click on this window for you. Once it's done it's done it's then after that it's fine. You just make the adjustments that you want, then click on back to game. Then you're done. Save it after that then you will save your configurations as well.
