There are I believe four ways in. THe only problem is that all the skills/powers (thievery, Elementalism, Telekinesis and Neromancy), need to be at level 70. Yes, you heard me. I ind it more ost effetive to use Thievery since it's te cheapest to train. You actually only need one of the skills or powers to get in.
