Hi list First of all, I resolved my problem where I couldn't play all levels of pipe. Bsc games issued me a new product key. It has been said twice on this list that bsc games gives you 4 product keys each calendar year to use on a second, third and fourth computer. I just want to put this straight, its not true. Bsc games gives 4 replacements, not 4 product keys . I sent them a mail asking if I can get a second product key to play pipe on my mom's pc when I visit her once a month. Thom randle responded that they can't allow it for me only. When they gave me my replacement key, the product keys policy is at the bottom of that message and there it says that during a calendar year you can have up to 4 replacements. There is a big difference between 4 keys and 4 replacements. So I suppose each time I request a replacement I have to give a valid reason, because bsc games said that when formatting a hard drive the game should work, its only when changing operating systems that a new product key is needed. So at the end of the day those who want 4 keys to give their friends, no one can stop them. How certain can bsc games be that the person has a new computer or operating system and that he is not simply requesting another key to give to a friend. Even if the person gives a valid reason, even if the person makes up something, pretending that he changed to a different operating system, bsc games is not there with him to check if its true. Bsc games made it clear that its against their policy to give each customer more than one key, they only issue replacements in the case of a new computer or changing to an operating system.
