I think they are in English Claudio, but the problem is that if English isn't a person's first language they don't always tend to word things right. That makes it hard for those of us who do speak English as our native language to understand what was being said. Without meaning to be racist I'll say that Russians in particular seem to be most noticeable in this. I think that has to do with the fact that in Russian things are said almost backwards compared to English. I'm no expert on that but I have had a few Russian friends in the past who've told me that.
