Hi Damien, Rest assured Raul and I are attempting to moderate the flaming parties on our end of things. As far as what to do on your end I would try adding certain abusive critics to your junk mail controls and off to the trash they will go. As a game developer myself I have seen both the good and bad this community has to offer, and generally the community as a whole isn't bad. There are however 5 to 10 people that can really get out of control and flame, bash, or complain no matter what you do. In such a case what I did is simply add them to my Thunderbird junk mail controls and if they have been writing me their emails are going strait to the trash without me looking at them. I haven't the time or the energy to deal with being flamed by immature, rude, or very unreasonable users. As a game developer you really need to have two important skills. One you need to have a thick skin, like a force field, and let complaints, attacks, etc bounce off of you like you are made of rubber. Second, if it gets to be too much to handle just let them know you are in control, and are not going to take it any more. Just block their emails, set up a filter rule of some kind, and goodby trouble maker. It is your choice weather to tell them you are blocking them or not. Though, it is funnier if you don't so they send a billion emails that goes into some spam trapper, junk filter, and ends up in the trash. Hehehehe.
