Not to be critical or anything, but it's Sryth, not Shryth. In answer to your question though, you can only access that if you have completed the Shattered Skull adventures and acquired Tzal Toalth. You also need to be a member of the Adventurers' Collective. If you have the staff and are in the Collective, visit the Guildmaster and converse with him. Ask him about Tzal Toalth, making careful note of the spelling here. He'll tell you where the spirit cave is.
