Actually I think he started doing that. The problem is that that utility apparently doesn't fix every possible issue that can come up with Sapi. I suppose it's no different from anything else computer related. My dad's always told me, and I can agree wholeheartedly with this statement, that nothing to do with computers is ever easy.
