Hi, The screen reader bundled with many distributions of Linux such as Ubuntu and Fedora is called Orca. Current versions of Orca with the latest builds of Gnome aren't too bad accessibility wize. Access is quickly catching up with Windows, but in terms of feature by feature comparison something like Jaws or Window Eyes still is a better screen reader.
