I think you might be mishearing the voice. The options in the main menu are "Start Flight," which is pretty obvious, "Mode Menu" which allows you to select between Racing Mode and Deathmatch Mode, "Test Speakers" again obvious, and "Exit Hangar," which closes the program. There is no "Load Menu."
