Hey Tom. Clement here... the ultimate ninja heros game is playable, as far as I can tell. What sets it apart from all the other ultimate ninja games is the lack of need to perform attacks by pressing buttons as they show up on the screen. That's the case for all three ultimate ninja games for the ps2. That is, ultimate, ultimate ninja 2 and ultimate ninja 3 which hasn't come out yet, as far as I remember.
As for other playable games... here are a few to think about. Darkstalkers chronicle: the Chaos Tower Moral Kombat Deception: unchained Fight Night... boxing games. Shack down VS. Raw Lord of the rings: tactics Now for LOTR tactics.. generally speaking there really is no need to play strategically. It's the usual grid thing and it's turn-based. What I tend to do is just move people to different areas on the grid then let them attack whatever ork or ringrathe they wish. lol.
