Do you remember ever coming across an alcove with a rectangular spot on the floor? It's in the northwest corner of the tomb as I recall, right next to where you fight the first Golem. Once you've used the ring all you have to do is go back there. The adventure will play itself out from there and then all you have to do is make your way out of the tomb. Be warned though, the frequency of battles will increase dramatically the moment you get the horn, so if your SP is low when you make your way out you stand a good chance of getting killed..
