Hi Thomas and all. I too would be very interested in this if you do find time to do it. I have some experience with linux in terms of using the internet via shell which I used to do all the time and still like to do when I can, but have little experience with the other stuff you mention. I know there is oodles of info out there on linux however I quite frankly do not have the time or energy to wade through it in order to just have an accessible way to get it installed let alone anything else.
