Was talking to Che yesterday about why Rail Racer didn't work, and we concluded
it was a problem with Sapi settings because I had scansoft and neospeech voices
on my computer. Apparently, this screws up sapi settings and doesn't allow me
to play rail racer. Does anyone know of a fix, or what to look for on google?
