Hi Phil,
Yes, flipping the number for the direction to head the enemy back towards you
would sort of work. However the game randomly picks a number for a direction
for the enemy to move about 20 times a second. So just flipping it one time
would not fix the problem as the code is written. Well you know unless it did
it every time like 20 times a second every time if it was getting out of range.
Which it just might do since it is random. And that will need to be for left
right as well as up down.

I will think about the below but closer or above and farther, but I really did
want to keep that bit of speech as small as possible. You know to get the
information to the player as quick as possible. You do know that your engine
sound changes slightly if you are turning and of course just pressing the key
should tell you that you are now turning. And since the enemy is randomly
moving all the time, it may not report closer since the enemy may be moving
away as fast as you are turning for that split second.
