Right. Specifically, the file that is missing is DX8VB.dll. Though, I 
have been told by Windows 7 insiders that Windows 7 will have to have a 
complete VB 6 runtime environment installed manually in order to support 
VB 6 apps under Windows 7 since Microsoft has now officially scrapped 
Visual Basic 6 and earlier as a core Windows technology. it should be 
interesting to test out some of these older accessible games on Windows 
7 as soon as the MSDN betas are released.
Not only is VB 6 do to be scrapped, but the XNA Framework is suppose to 
replace DirectX as the core gaming technology in the next couple of years.
