As far as I could make out during my testing of the game, yes, it is
available to buy.
i personally just stuck on my incredibly good menues, and used the options
to turn on inbuilt speech, ----- which seemed much better as far as music
volume was concerned.
then again, I do the same thing with smugglers 3, so I'm not sure how
helpful this is.
