It wasn't exactly a playable computer game from my understanding, but rather
the instructions to a rather complex board game. As I recall it was mostly
just a word document that told you what you'd need, how to set it up and how
to play. But perhaps I'm thinking of something else.

I've not heard of this game at all.
If someone does have it, maybe one of the people who hosts such things
would be kind enough to stick it up somewhere for everyone to download.
