Hello all Indeed I've now heard a response to the question about the status of the games. It does seem as though they are still available just not advertised as frequently. Below is the response email.

Currently, there are only a few dealers (mainly in Spain) who still have stock of the games in order to sell them. If you know of someone who is interested in purchasing a copy, please forward them directly to me.
