Hi Josh,
While there is hundreds of different game controllers from joysticks to
racing wheels in various shapes, sizes, and configurations all of them
do meet very strict design guidelines. What I am saying is they all meet
certain standard specifications that DirectX, SDL, JInput, and other
input libraries use to interface with the device.If the game controller
is Windows and DirectX compatible then it will work with any game for
Windows and that uses DirectX and probably JInput and SDL as well since
they all use the same input standards and device drivers. Does that make
sense?
