hmmm this is a bit ot.
anyway depends on what you use it for.
right now I have no real job and have no need of hal over v5.21 or jaws over 
v6.20.
I use jarte, ie 6 winamp mediaplayer classic eudora dc flashfxp textpal pdf2txt 
and k1000.
I also have office 03 if and when I need it.
so at present I have no wish to upgrade I also still use win xp.
