i agree with you man. i'd love to see a trading / battling game like
yugioh, magic or something similar.
i was searching for that today, but yeah. found only these grafical ones
that are full of images and not allowing us to play it.
there's a yugioh mud in portuguese, it's really fun, i think that maybe
with triggers or something i can translate the text so it will read the
game on vipmud in english. it will take me some time, since there are a
lot of text related to the effects, but that's no problem bekause
there's already a option to say the name of the cards in english, so in
a week it could be done.
i'm waiting for my evileyehosting.net account and i'm certain going to
do that this or next week, with even a soundpack.
can anyone just tell me the command that i have to type in the vipmud
script so it will see for what text is received and change to another
text?
for example, you are playing, and it says "monstro", you wana change
that to "monster". what is the exact sintax?
thanks, opefully if a lot of you guys like these card games we will play
it a lot and even make competitions.

All the trading card games sims I've found have been rather heavily flash or
java based, and very obviously graphical. A lot of them are built with
direct immage scans so its highly unlike that unless it was done with
spacific intent for the blind that anyone would program in text versions of
all the cards since the cards text could be read directly from the immage.
I'd love to find an online accessible trading card game though, but I think
it'll have to be created rather than found.
