the only thing I know of is the inventively titled "Wrestling game" found at
http://www.thewrestlinggame.com/ it certainly lets you do everything to do
with wrestling including training, challenging other wrestlers, being part
of tag teams and creating your own finishing moves, ---- but it's by no
means an easy game.
there's a full description in the audiogames.net database as well.
