I didn't thought of how you wrote your trigger. but yes, it is correct. when
ever there is a name like a monster name or something you do have to put a
star.

While I don't use the mud client in question, I believe VIP Mud operates
on the same trigger matching method as does ZMUD. In which case, you will
want to write your pattern as {* is DEAD}, where the asterisk represents a
wildcard.

hi all, hope somebody can help me here. trying to get a script going in
vipmud so i can see when a battle is over with sapi. this is the command

any ideas as why it does nothing at all? it isn't causing an error, but
there is no responce to the trigger text passing over the screen.
