Hi Nicol, Yes you can tell them about your mom not wanting you to play shades of doom who cares if she gets cross with you? My mom sometimes doesn't like what I do but does that stop me? no. you're an adult Nicol, make your own decisions. If I were in your place I would tell them. In fact I can tell you if I lived with your mom your mom would learn to dislike me real quick. would it bother me? no not at all.
