I actually find it weerd that Hal doesn't do this by default, and that onone
of the read attribute keys worked. I'll be contacting dolphin about this one
myself.

Note, that this is the title of the button, not it's default text lable,
so you'll need to do something to alter your screen reader's reading of
titles. Hal for instance must have it's web settings changed to read
titles, lables then text. I'm not sure about Jaws.
I've already sent thanks to the developer, as this should significantly
help in avoiding in game death from attacking a ship which is too strong.
Hopefully this should reduce the amount of hull rupturings!
