I'm sorry but I don't think it is. Like I said although the email didn't reach this list, Thomas is no longer in a credible position to moderate posts regarding piracy ever again. If you can't be good, be careful. Well he's caught himself out there well and truly and if the powers that be decide to keep him on, then nobody is going to take him seriously when it comes to piracy. Because he hasn't got the credibility left to uphold the guidelines of this list because he's more than proven that he can do it.
