Originally when I started on the net about eleven years ago, i had this odd
idea that giving out my name was a bad idea, ---- so I adopted Dark as a
convenient handle.
The problem is I've now been Dark, ---- or Dark empathy so long, I actually
find it just as easy to answer to as my real name, ---- it's also convenient
to have a handle that people can recognize as I wander the net, even on
games and such.
my real name is Luke, ---- it's not a particular secret, ---- but i'd prefer
people to call me Dark just because I'm more used to it online.
I generally only have people I know offline as well call me Luke, ---- and
have a private E-mail address accordingly.
Really, it doesn't actually matter which name you use, I'm comfortable
answering to both.
Beware the grue!
