You need to press alt down-arrow to open the list box without activating
any of the links.

I was wondering if more people that use internet explorer have
problems with the combo boxes in core exiles? They dont work for me
but I do generally use a plugin with ie (webformator) to make it more
accessible so this might be the reason. So I want to know if more
people have this issue.
