Hi, Yes and no. As you already know the Shades of Doom and Tank Commander files are encrypted. It is possible to undo the encryption, but by doing so you will break the GMA license agreement. So the answer is there isn't any legal way to get the GMA sounds. If you want them you have to reverse the encryption on them.
