The game was produced by the Uk audio network found at
http://www.pressakey.net/ and sold on cd, however they are no longer selling
games.
It's possible it might be playable on their website in future however,
rather the way the game jungle fever is now playable which used to be sold.
Also from what I've heard it wasn't really much of a game, just choosing 1 2
or 3 to block or shoot with random chances of the ball going into the goal
or not.
Btw, why address mail to a specific person? plenty of others on the list
could've told you this as well.
