Hey Clement - Daylight Savings time is one hour AHEAD of standard time.
Remember - Spring Ahead - Fall Back! I believe that California,
Washington and Oregon are on daylight savings time - if so, then the time
will be the same. If they are on standard time, the time will be one hour
ahead.
