That's true. Well unless you bought the pro single license. That means you can make one commercial title, though obviously you could sell as many copies of that title as you were able. Then there's the unlimited license which means just that. You make and sell as many copies of as many commercial titles as you want.

I think the only real difference is the license. With pro you can
release an unlimited number of commercial games where with light  you
are only allowed to create free shareware games.
