I finally was able to fix my frame work problem. I ended up rolling the clock back. I ended up rolling it back to July the 13th. Then I did the windows up date. Just to let everyone now know. As of roughly the last week of June there is no a version 4 out now. It looks like everything is now working. I thank everyone for their help on this.
