Hello,

I also have this feature enabled. I don't mind if people do not, but then 
they should either leave the subject part in tact, or tell teh name they 
are replying to, as I sometimes get confused by people deleting the who 
their replying to, not only on this list, but several other mailing lists 
I am joined to. I personally think that a feature of quoting the text the 
person that is writing the mail to in regards must  be enabled, or at 
least spokent o who this message is ment ot go to. Because there could be 
multiple persons replying to multiple other persons in the same subject, 
and you can get confused that way, especially if it is a big thread, 
which has over 100 Messages.
