Hi William, The issue is that Che has recently changed servers and has not yet got all of the Rail Racer stuff setup on the new servers. I don't know when he will get the Rail Racer stuff setup again, but I don't think it is a case of Rail Racer being abandonware or unsupported by the developer. If you want more information about this Che is probably the only person that can answer your questions fully.
