Hi Ron, Unfortunately, Microsoft Anna isnt very loud to start with. While the voice is certainly better sounding than Mike, Mary, or Sam the volume is extremely low for a Sapi voice. There isn't much you can do than to turn your speakers up louder, or switch to a different Sapi voice.
