Hi, Here's the way I did it for XP.
1. Open the control panel and choose system. 2. Go to system, navigate to the hardware page, and press enter on device manager. 3. Once Device manager opens, press down arrow until you get to display adapter and expand it. 4. Press down arrow to move into it, go to the context menu and choose update driver. Leave the selection at automatically install and continue. Note you'll be prompted by JAWS (if you have it, of course) to reinstall video intercept; just press enter on execute and it'll do it for you.
