Top Speed 3 should now finally be able to properly handle 12 buttons, two
sliders, and a wheel.

Yeah, you know, I was thinking that the 10 buttons may just have been the
number of buttons that the code found on the joystick (steering wheel)
that I had plugged in at the time. It may find more or less depending on
what stick or pad I plug in.
